Wildlife Center
"Hundreds
of thousands of wild animals are killed, injured and orphaned throughout
Northeast Florida as a direct consequence of human activities. As government
resources for wildlife management dwindle, much of the work of rescuing and
caring for these animals falls on the shoulders of volunteer organizations such
as Wildlife Rescue Coalition of Northeast Florida.
We have established a center, located on the west side of Jacksonville, where
injured, displaced wild animals can be brought to for evaluation and treatment.
The center is open daily. We dearly appreciate the support of our
community whether through volunteering or
donations."
